EDUCATION and workforce development

Pacific Early Childhood Education Recruitment Strategy
What we did: Designed and delivered a strategy to grow Pacific participation in ECE — from recruiting teachers and students to increasing child and family enrolments.
Impact: Over 800 event attendees, new school–ECE partnerships, increased enrolment interest, and stronger sector collaboration.
Sport AND Cultural Competency

Cultural Awareness Training
What we did: Created and facilitated Introductory sessions and a Three-part workshop series to strengthen cultural intelligence and engagement.
Starting with the individual and building out to the organisation and then wider the New Zealand context. It unpacks and explores culture through first awareness and building on to organizational design and landing on future actions.
Utilised online learning platform for delivery and holding of learning.
Impact: Improved cultural capability across union, new engagement strategies, and increased confidence in inclusive practices.
ENVIRONMENTAL AND CONSERVATION PROJECT DELIVERY

Young Pacific Leaders- Tiaki Moana
What we did: Coordinated a delegation of 44 Pacific leaders from 23 countries for an international ocean conservation gathering in Tahiti of over 200 people.
We also supported in the planning, logistics, and delivery of the Tiaki Moana Summit and Conference.
Impact: Elevated Pacific voices in global discussions, fostered regional partnerships, and advanced collaborative conservation efforts.
A report and documentary was produced which captures the work done whilst in Tahiti.
