At KEPT Solutions, we believe genuine connection begins with understanding.

Tautai 360°- Cultural Intelligence Training equips organisations, teams, and leaders to engage meaningfully with people from all backgrounds.

Grounded in Māori and Pacific worldviews, the programme provides practical skills that apply across all cultures, workplaces, and communities in Aotearoa.

Our goal: to create spaces where people feel respected, included, and able to bring their whole selves.

The 360° reflects our holistic approach, ensuring cultural intelligence is developed across time, depth, and scale.

  • Past | Present | Future – Learning from history, understanding the current context, and shaping future change.

  • Awareness | Design | Action – Reflecting on worldviews, reviewing how systems influence culture, and exploring what culture looks like in practice.

  • Self | Organisation | Aotearoa – Exploring cultural intelligence at three levels: the individual, the organisation/team, and within the wider NZ context.

This layered model ensures participants leave with both personal insight and practical strategies they can apply immediately.

how we deliver

Our Tautai 360° workshops are interactive, culturally grounded, and flexible. We typically deliver a three-part series (Past | Present | Future), but can also be a one-day PD and we can adapt to your needs.

What makes our training different:

  • Sharing kava as a cultural practice to create a safe and respectful space.

We partner with The Learning Collaborative and their learning designers to create and craft our online platform for each organisation.

Packages

While the narrative of Tautai 360 is the same across all groups, the packages reflect the level of support and follow-up your organisation receives.

Vā‘a (Canoe) – the starting point. A practical entry into cultural competency, focusing on the workshop experience and resources.

Moana (Ocean) – the expanded journey. Adds a digital platform and reporting, helping your organisation connect learning to systems and practice.

Tautai (Navigator) – the guided transformation. Provides coaching, strategic recommendations, and ongoing support for leaders ready to embed cultural change long term.
